Enhance your imagination, creativity and wellbeing though engaging with nature and taking part in a range of fun musical activities, which will develop your performance, improvisation and composition skills.

How it works:

Follow the instruction videos and PDF files bellow for each activity. Activity #1 involves going for a walk or spending time in your local outdoor space (playground, garden or local park). Activities 2-6 are to be done at home or at school and include various creative tasks that are in response to the walk/time outside.

You can make a day of it and follow the suggested time scale or do the activities in your own time scale. For example, fit them all into a morning or afternoon by spending less time on Activity #1 or split them over a few days (Activity #1 one day then Activities 2-6 the next day).

Adapt each activity to suite your ability, physical setting and resources.
